Questions buyers usually ask
What do you need for a quotation?+
A drawing (PDF) and ideally a 3D model (STEP/IGES), material, quantity, required finish or heat treatment and target date. If you only have a sample, tell us — we will discuss how it can be assessed.
Do you sign an NDA?+
Yes. We are happy to sign your NDA or provide ours before you send any documentation.
How is my documentation handled?+
Drawings and models are used only to prepare and execute your project and are shared only with the production partner involved, under confidentiality obligations.
Which documents can be supplied with the parts?+
Measurement reports, EN 10204 3.1 material certificates and other records can be agreed in the specification. The quotation states exactly what is included.
What happens after I send my drawing?+
Technical review, clarification of open points, then a proposal with price and timing. Production starts only after your written order.
