CNC manufacturing coordination

Fast-growing Polish precision for European industry

We are a growing Polish company in CNC machining and made-to-order component production. We believe good work speaks for itself — so we focus on the accuracy, flexibility and reliability the most demanding European production plants expect.

01

Send drawings to your representative

E-mail STEP, IGES or PDF files, quantity and target date. If you have a sample, we will discuss how it can be assessed.

02

Technical review & proposal

Define material, tolerances, manufacturing route and inspection requirements. Price and proposed timing follow the project review.

03

Production to the agreed scope

The order specification sets the manufacturing requirements, acceptance criteria and documentation to be supplied.

04

Delivery arrangements

Agree packaging, destination and transport requirements, including tracking or insurance where required.

Technical requirements & quality

Define what matters before production starts

Quality starts with a clear specification. Certification, machine suitability, inspection and documentation requirements should form part of the project review — not be left to assumption.

Certification requirements

If ISO 9001 is a procurement requirement, state it at the outset. Applicable supplier certification and its scope must be confirmed before placement.

Machine suitability

Define the required processes: 3–5-axis milling, driven-tool turning or EDM. Relevant machine brands, XYZ envelopes and accuracy requirements are to be checked for the proposed production route.

Inspection & material records

Specify critical dimensions, CMM inspection, surface roughness Ra and EN 10204 3.1 material certificates where needed. The agreed quotation defines which checks and records are included.

DFM & technical clarification

Review geometry, tolerances, material and finishing requirements. Heat treatment and potential manufacturing adjustments belong in the technical discussion before approval.

One supplier, one invoice

A single commercial point of contact for the project. Scope, responsibilities, acceptance criteria and delivery terms are defined in the order.

European sourcing

A sourcing approach for projects in DACH, Benelux and the Nordics. Location, delivery schedule, packaging and any transport insurance requirements are agreed individually.

We work to ISO 9001 standards, provide full raw-material traceability (EN 10204 3.1 certificates), measurement reports and full data confidentiality (NDA).

A clear point of contact

Technical questions, commercial arrangements and progress updates coordinated in one place. One supplier and one invoice simplify the purchasing process.
