CNC Milling (3, 4 & 5-axis)

CNC Turning (live tooling & Y-axis)

Shafts, bushings, flanges and complex rotational parts — cross-drilling, milling and threading in one setup where the part allows.

EDM (wire & sink)

Wire EDM for keyways, gears and hardened steel profiles; sink EDM for blind cavities and intricate mould and die shapes.

Precision Grinding

Surface, cylindrical and internal grinding after heat treatment, for IT5–IT6 class tolerances and fine Ra values where specified.

Finishing

Surface finishing

Heat treatment: vacuum hardening, surface hardening (nitriding, carburising), annealing, quenching & tempering. Anodising & coatings: hard anodising (type III), colour anodising, chromating. Plating & finishes: electroless nickel, zinc, black oxide, electropolishing, PVD/DLC. Compatibility and the required result are confirmed in the quotation.
